Arkham Intelligence is offering a $150,000 reward to anyone who can confirm the identity of the creator of the Donald Trump-themed DJT token allegedly linked to the former President of the United States (US).
Through observation, the DJT token which is a memecoin based on Solana (SOL) has a rather vague background and it is still not clear who stands behind it and what exactly is the purpose of its establishment.
Since its launch, Arkham Intelligence has not only watched DJT closely but observed the extensive insider trading and the highly centralized distribution of the token on several wallets.
However, speculation began when somewhat dubious businessman Martin Shkreli said DJT was Trump's official token at the same time X's social media account called Pirate Wires claimed his youngest son Barron was the main promoter of the project.
Despite this, prediction market platform Polymarket expects there to be only a 20% probability of DJT becoming an official Trump project even though the reaction to the token has been mixed with high trading volume.
It is well known that blockchain analysis firms such as Bubblemaps and Lookonchain have shown some red flags, where there may be a massive acquisition of DJT tokens by insiders.
For example, one addressed wallet increased its balance just before the DJT token was released to the wider crypto market, so here it can be seen that there is insider trading or at least insider collusion.
